A Wedding March

One calendar year, 255 marathons and these last five to go. The project culminates Sunday, June 20th with a day-long wedding march around Brooklyn and a ceremony at Marine Park. Note: The 5.5 miles missing from the marathon length will be made up in walking around the Marine Park and Gerritsen Beach region.

Week 48

The Loose Ends, Brooklyn

Our loose ends tour of Brooklyn finds us up against the west side of Jamaica Bay in the communities of Bergen Beach and Mill Basin. We'll also dip down into Gerritsen Beach, which we only grazed in previous walks. We'll pass through Brooklyn College on the way up as well as parts of Flatbush we didn't get touch before.
